Hi, I'm Katy.
I like to think I am somewhat of an activist of female physiology.
I help women cultivate coherence with their body's innate power, vitality, cycles and wisdom.
I am obsessed with the female body because it never seizes to amaze me!
My body of work is about giving voice to what has always been powerful, brilliant and inspiringly provocative. My work is often described as a home-coming...a reclamation of the self; back into our bodies as we take our rightful seat in our intuitive center.
My work is experiential and relational. In order to change the body, we must get into the body. I believe the body is an ever on-going creative process. The body remembers, adapts, protects and holds - which often shows up as symptoms. Together we enter, explore and support the process of your unfolding. It is deeply sacred, deeply somatic and deeply needed...
My work deeply challenges the status quo of how we perceive, relate and care for the female body.
